Home My WebLink About2003-5-6641!0 - ORDINANCE NO. 2003-5-&&/j AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND HERSCHEL DUNGEY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City of Paducah and Herschel Dungey for employment as Human Resources Director for the City of Paducah. SECTION 2. In order to secure the services of Mr. Dungey to start work on June 2, 2003, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall become effective immediately with one reading.
