AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,AND THE PADUCAH
POLICE DEPARTMENT BARGAINING UNIT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement between the City of Paducah and the Paducah Police Department Bargaining
Unit.

SECTION 2. This Agreement shall be effective from December 29, 2003,
to June 30, 2006.
SECTION 3. In order to implement the provisions of the contract at the
beginning of 2004 an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall
become effective immediately with one reading.
