AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH AND THE PROFESSIONAL FIRE FIGHTERS OF PADUCAH, LOCAL
168 INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIRE FIGHTERS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
Addendum No. 1 to the contract between the City of Paducah and the Professional Fire
Fighters of Paducah, Local 168 International Association of Fire Fighters.
SECTION 2. Adoption of Addendum #1 is necessary for Fire Fighters' to
begin selection of vacation and holiday leave prior to the end of December 2003,
therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall become
effective immediately with one reading.
