ORDINANCE NO. 2003-11-6725
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
COPIER/PRINTER FOR THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR SAME
WHEREAS, this equipment is available under GS -25F -0062L and
competitive bidding is not required.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is authorized to pay the total sum
of $15,495.00 for the purchase of one Xerox WCP32 copier/printer for use by the
Planning Department of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Business Equipment for the purchase of a Xerox copier authorized in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Computer -Hardware.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
