APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Member Wade offered the following Motion:
I move that the reading of the minutes for April 1, 2019, be waived and that the minutes of said
meeting, as prepared by the secretary, be approved as written.
The Motion was seconded by Member Bradford and adopted (7). Yea Votes (Chair Crecelius, Vice
Chair Schramke, Benberry, Bradford, Morrison, Shadle, Wade) Nay Votes (1).

Applicant / Owner: Edward Francis and Melissa Ann O’Neil
Vice Chair Schramke offered the following Motion:
I move that this Commission receive and file the application of Edward Francis and Melissa Ann
O’Neil for the proposed re-subdivision of property located at 6701 and 6711 Turnberry Drive.
I further move that the requested waiver of the public hearing and the dedication of streets not be
given and approval of the submitted plat be denied.
Member Shadle seconded the Motion.

Member Morrison seconded the Motion to table the Agenda Item and adopted (5). Yea Votes
(Chair Crecelius, Vice-Chair Schramke, Morrison, Shadle, Wade) Nay Votes (2) Benberry, Bradford.

Applicant / Owner: Charles and Patricia Meunier
Member Morrison offered the following Motion:
I move that this Commission receive and file the application of Charles and Patricia Meunier for the
proposed re-subdivision of property located at 292 and 296 Alben Barkley Drive.
I further move that the requested waiver of the public hearing and the dedication of streets be given
and approval of the submitted plat be given.
Member Benberry seconded the Motion and adopted (7). Yea Votes (Chair Crecelius, Vice-Chair
Schramke, Benberry, Bradford, Morrison, Shadle, Wade) (Nay Votes (0)
