APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Commissioner Wade offered the following motion:
I move that the reading of the minutes for April 20, 2020 be waived and that the minutes of said
meeting, as prepared by the secretary, be approved as written.
The motion was seconded by Vice-Chair Schramke and adopted (7). Yea Votes (Chair Crecelius, Vice-
Chair Schramke, Benberry, Bradford, Morrison, Pollard, Wade); Nay Votes (0).
Property Address: 1400 & 1420 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and 1401 & 1415 Harrison Street
Applicant/ Owner: City of Paducah
Request: Final plat in Fountain Avenue
Commissioner Morrison offered the following motion:
I move that this Commission adopt a resolution approving the final subdivision of property located at
1400 & 1420 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and 1401 & 1415 Harrison Street, known as Remington
Subdivision.
The motion was seconded by Vice-Chair Schramke and adopted (7). Yea Votes (Chair Crecelius, Vice-
Chair Schramke, Benberry, Bradford, Morrison, Pollard, Wade); Nay Votes (0)
