Presentation by Weyland Ventures on City Block Project
Barry Alberts, Chris Pishotti, and Eric Whitmore from Weyland Ventures
presented the concept plan for the City Block Development Project. The Board
and Design Committee asked questions and provided feedback on the concept.
Key feedback takeaways:
The Board and Design Committee will continue to stay informed about
City Block progress.
Design Committee will have additional opportunities to provide
feedback on the design (facades) of the buildings
Additional work and engagement is needed for the public open spaces.
Design Committee requests preservation of the original cobblestone
sidewalk on Broadway at Water Street, and the gazebo.
The meeting adjourned at 2pm.
