ORDINANCE NO. 2001
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY THROUGH THE RENAISSANCE
KENTUCKY ALLIANCE FOR A GRANT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
= PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY EXHIBITION CENTER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary through the Renaissance Kentucky Alliance for a grant in the
amount of $250,000.00 for funding to be used for the construction of the Paducah -
McCracken County Exhibition Center.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
