EXECUTE A TELECOMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT AGREEMENT IN AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $7,000.00 WITH MARY A. WATKINS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
telecommunications consultant agreement with Mary A. Watkins in an amount not to exceed
$7,000.00.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 040-1202-513-
SECTION 3. In order to meet the federally imposed grant application deadline, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shz
