AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF
$79,110.00 FROM THE CITY COMMISSION
CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH TRC GARROW
ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR HISTORICAL AND
ARCHAEOLOGICAL SERVICES FOR THE FOUR
RIVERS PERFORMING ARTS CENTER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with TRC Garrow Associates, Inc. not to exceed the amount of $79,110.00 for
historical and archaeological services for the Four Rivers Performing Arts Center.
SECTION 2. The City Treasurer shall transfer $79,110.00 from the City
Commission Contingency Account (Account No. 001-0107-511-2452) to the City of
Paducah Community Development Block Grant Fund (Account No. 006-1220-513-
2307).
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 006-
1220-513-2307 (CD0023-FRC).
SECTION 3. In order to facilitate completion of these service and
construction of this project, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance
shall become effective immediately with one reading.
