AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND MARK
THOMPSON
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
Employment Agreement between the City of Paducah and Mark Thompson for
employment as Recreation Director for the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. In order to allow the expeditious employment of a
Recreation Director, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall
become effective with one reading.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published pursuant to the provisions
of KRS Chapter 424.
