AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC. 2-142(a), "TEVIE
AND NOTICE OF MEETINGS" OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:

SECTION 1. That Sec. 2-142, "Time and notice of meetings", of Article
IV, "Board of Commissioners", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, is
amended and reordained to hereinafter read as follows:
(a) The regular meetings of the Board of Commissioners shall be held at
City Hall, unless otherwise noticed, and shall commence at 6:00 p.m. on the second and
fourth Tuesdays, and at 5:00 p.m. on the first and third Tuesdays of each month, except
that when such a meeting falls on a legal holiday recognized by the city, the regular
meeting will be held on the following day at the same hour.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
