ORDINANCE NO.2001-4-(�33#---),
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
RELEASE AND QUITCLAIM OF A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE
FAIRFIELD SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
/ SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Release
and Quitclaim of a public utility easement located along the common property line
between Lot 9 and Lot 10 in the Fairfield Subdivision.
SECTION 2. Due to the timeframe of a pending sale and property closing
for the owner of the lots involved, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance shall become effective immediately with one reading.
