AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN ENGAGEMENT LETTER WITH WITH
HENRY M. REED LAW FIRM FOR BOND
COUNSELING SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
( SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
an engagement letter with the Henry M. Reed Law Firm for bond counseling services
for the sum of $22,500.00, plus expenses.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No.
SECTION 3. In order to expedite the acquisition of these funds not delay
project construction, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance will
become effective with one reading.
