AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN ENGAGEMENT LETTER WITH J.J.B.
HT --ARD, W.L. LYONS INC. FOR FINANCIAL
ADVISOR SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
( SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
an engagement letter with J.J.B. Hilliard, W.L. Lyons Inc. for financial advisor services.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No.
SECTION 3. In order to expedite the acquisition of these funds and not
delay project construction, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance
will become effective with one reading.
