ORDINANCE NO. 2001-3- &33.;Z.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A WELLNESS PROGRAM
AGREEMENT BETWEEN BAPTIST FAMILY FITNESS
AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah maintains programs for the provision of
wellness and fitness; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to utilize one or more of the wellness and
fitness services of Baptist Family Fitness in conjunction with the provision of services
under said programs.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a Wellness Program Agreement between Baptist Family Fitness and the City of
Paducah. The term of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year beginning on the
effective date and shall automatically be renewed for additional terms of one (1) year
each on the first anniversary of the effective date and each subsequent anniversary
thereof, unless sooner terminated pursuant to the terms of the Agreement between the
parties.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 073-
0208-542-2307.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
