AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 106-127
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, hereby repeals Section
106-127, "Itinerant Merchants." This Ordinance was originally enacted on December 20,
1966.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuapt-- �S/jChapter 424.
