ORDINANCE NO. 2001-2-6323
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF RURAL AND MUNICIPAL AID,
r COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, FOR

- MAINTENANCE, RECONSTRUCTION, OR CONSTRUCTION OF CITY STREETS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract between
the Department of Rural and Municipal Aid, Commonwealth of Kentucky, and the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, for maintenance, reconstruction, or construction of city streets for fiscal year
2001-2002.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
