AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN NOBLE PARK BASEBALL ASSOCIATION INC.
AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a Lease Agreement between Noble Park Baseball Association Inc. and the City of
Paducah for lease to the Association of baseball diamonds, adjacent concession stand
and related equipment located in Noble Park, for the annual sum of $1.00 and other
valuable considerations.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
