AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND RANDY
S. BRATTON FOR EMPLOYMENT AS POLICE CHIEF FOR THE CITY OF
PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
Employment Agreement between the City of Paducah and Randy S. Bratton for
employment as Police Chief for the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. In order to allow the expeditious employment of a Police
Chief, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall become effective
with one reading.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published pursuant to the provisions
of KRS Chapter 424.
