AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF A PORTION OF 46TH
STREET TO NORTHGATE LANE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the name of a portion of 46th
Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be changed to North -
gate Lane; said portion of 46th Street being renamed is de-
scribed as follows:
A 45' right-of-way presently named 46th Street,
one block in length, between Buckner Lane and
Exall Lane.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publi-
cation pursuant to KRS Chaptez
