HomeMy WebLinkAbout2001-9-6417145 ORDINANCE NO. 2001-9-6417 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED BETWEEN FIRSTAR BANK, N.S., TRUSTEE OF THE JENNIE LEE COVINGTON MILLER TESTAMENTARY TRUST, AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2124 SHELBY STREET IN LINCOLN WOODS WHEREAS, Firstar Bank has requested a Quitclaim Deed to transfer title of this real property to the City of Paducah. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed by and between Firstar Bank, N.A., Trustee of the Jennie Lee Covington Miller Testamentary Trust, and the City of Paducah to transfer title of real property to the City of Paducah. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
