A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF THE COMMISSIONER OF THE
FEDERAL WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ADMINISTRATION, ACTING IN BEHALF OF
THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, FOR A FEDERAL GRANT FOR SEWAGE
TREATMENT WORKS UNDER 33 U.S.C. 466 FOR PROJECT NO. C210326
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That said Board of Commissioners hereby accept the
offer of the Commissioner of the Federal Water Pollution Control
Administration, acting in behalf of the United States of America,
for a Federal Grant for sewage treatment works under 33 U.S.C. 466
for Project No. C210326.
SECTION 2. That Alice H. McNutt, Mayor of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, is hereby authorized to execute the document known as
"Offer and Acceptance of Federal Grant for Sewage Treatment Works
Under 33 U.S.C. 466 et. seq." and all other documents required
under the provisions of said grant.
SECTION 3. That a true copy of the Grant Agreement referred
to hereinabove is hereto attached and made a part of this Resolution
as though it were fully copied herein.
SECTION 4. That this resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
