AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-54 "CEMETERY DEPARTMENT"
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of sub -section (a) of Section 10-54
"Cemetery Department" of the Cade of Ordinances of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, as reads -
Truck Deiver (2 positions)
be amended and reordained in the following manner:
Truck Driver (3 positions).
SECTION 2. Section 1 above amends Section 6 of Ordinance
No. 73-3-784, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on
March 13, 1973.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
