AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF JACK GRAY & ASSOCIATES
AND SEABROOK, LITHGOW & KUJATH, INC. FOR THE PREPARATION OF A COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the proposal of
Jack Gray & Associates and Seabrook, Lithgow & Kujath, Inc. in the amount of
$24,800.00 for the preparation and updating of the City's Comprehensive Plan.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
enter into an agreement with Jack Gray & Associates and Seabrook, Lithgow &
Kujath, Inc. for the preparation of sale plan according to the proposal attached hereto
and by reference incorporated herein.
SECTION 3. The amount to be paid for said plan shall be charged to
Community Development Block Grant Program Account.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for
public inspection for one week in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its
final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten days thereafter.
