AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO PURCHASE ALL FUR
AND EQUIPMENT FROM THE URBAN RENEWAL AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPM
AT THE DEPRECIATED VALUE PRICE OF $2,476.29
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE Cl'
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager and City Treasurer be author
pay to the Urban Renewal and Community Development Agency the sum of $;
for all furniture, fixtures and equipment belonging to said Agency, which F

SECTION 3. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinaw
therefore be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for one wee

in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
