ORDINANCE NO. 75-9-
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO PURCHASE ALL FURNITURE
FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT FROM THE MECHANICSBURG CONCENTRATED CODE
ENFORCEMENT PROJECT AT THE DEPRECIATED VALUE PRICE OF $1,871.64
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager and City Treasurer be authorized to
pay to the Mechanicsburg Concentrated Code Enforcement Project the sum of $1,871.64
for all furniture, fixtures and equipment belonging to said project, which price is
representative of the depreciated value -of said furniture, fixtures and equipment.
SECTION 2. The expenditure authorized in Section 1 above shall be paid
from the Community Development Block Grant Program Account.
SECTION 3. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall
therefore be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for one week in the
completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be
in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
