ORDINANCE NO. 75-9-1164
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-47 "NONCIVIL
SERVICE EMPLOYEES
GENERALLY" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-47 "Noncivil service employees generally"
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
be amended as to Sub-
section (a), so that said sub -section shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 2-47. Noncivil service employees generally.
(a) The monthly or hourly rate of compensation
of the following noncivil
service employees of the City of Paducah shall be the amount set opposite the designation
of such employment, to -wit:

SECTION 2. That Section 2-47 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paducah, be further amended by adding thereto sub -sections (g) and (h)
which shall read as follows:
(g) The community development housing clerk -stenographer shall be
paid at the rate of $525.00 per month for the first six months of employment; at the
expiration of six months $535.00 per month; at the expiration of one year $545.00
per month; at the expiration of two years $555.00 per month, such increases to be
made upon recommendation of the city manager.
(h) The clerk -typist planning and development department shall be paid
at the rate of $445.00 per month for the first six months of employment; at the
expiration of six. months $490.00 per month; at the expiration of one year $500.00
per month: r,t tho expiration of two years $510.00 per month; at the expiration of
three years $520.00 per month, such increases to be made upon recommendation
of the city manager."
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts c,* ordinanc-er, in c:onfliet herewith
arc to the extent of such conflict. hereby ropcaled .
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full fore, and effect from and after
its adoption, and retroactive to S(.ptemhcr 1, 1975.
