ORDINANCE NO. 75-9-1163
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF ERB INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT
COMPANY FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) MOTOR GRADER FOR USE IN THE
STREET DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of ERB Industrial
Equipment Company for sale to the City of one (1) John Deere JD570-A Motor Grader
for use in the City Street Department for the price of $26,665.00, according to the terms
and conditions of the bid of ERB Industrial Equipment Company, dated August 25, 1975
and according to the bid specifications as were adopted by the Board of Commissioners
on August 12, 1975.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to execute a contract with ERB Industrial Equipment Company for sale to the City of the
equipment authorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and
all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for same shall be charged to Federal
Revenue Sharing Trust Fund Account No. 3414.
SECTION 4. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall
therefore be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for one (1) week in
the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted

shall he in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
