ORDINANCE NO. 75-8-1157
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF ALLAN RHODES, INC. FOR
TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) 1975 FORD CUSTOM AND ONE (1) 1975 ATAVERIC
USED BY THE INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY U
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COATATISSIONERS OF THE CITY
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Allan Rhode:
for sale to the City of one (1) 1975 Ford Custom and one (1) 1975 Maverick
by the Inspection Department for the net price of $6,323.00, including a 19
Biscayne and a 1971 Maverick trade-ins, said bid being in substantial com,
with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as was authorized b;
adopted by the Board of Commissioners on July 22, 1975, and as contained
Allan Rhodes, Inc. , dated August 4, 1975.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorize
execute a contract with Allan Rhodes, Inc. for the sale to the City of the vc
authorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposs
contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the hid.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for said vehicles shall be charged
Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 3014.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file
inspection for one week in the completed form in which it shall be put upoy
passage., and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
