ORDINANCE NO. 75-7-1151
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF BRANDEIS MACHINERY &
SUPPLY CORPORATION FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) NEW ENGINE FOR
IN A GALLION ROAD GRADER IN THE STREET DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City accept the bid and quotation of Brandeis
Machinery s Supply Corporation in the net amount of $2,112.05 FOB Paducah,
sale to the City of one (1) new engine for use in the Gallion Road Grader in thi
Street Department of the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby, author:
to pay the sum of $2,112.05 to Brandeis Machinery & Supply Corporation from
Sharing Trust Fund Account No. 3409.
SECTION 3. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance
therefore be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for one (1) wt
in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if ad
shall be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
