ORDINANCE. NO. 75-7-1149
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND SEABROOK, LITHGOW &
KUJATH, INC. IN REGARD TO HICKORY ACRES SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Seabrook, Lithgow & Kujath, Inc. has submitted various plats,
plans and specifications for the development of Hickory Acres Subdivision within
the City of Paducah, and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid plats, plans and specifications have been approved
by the Paducah Planning Commission and the City Engineer subject to various con-
tractual obligations, and
WHEREAS, Seabrook, Lithgow & Kujath, Inc. and the City of Paducah have
reduced the aforesaid contractual obligations to writing, and it is desirable that the
City of Paducah enter into said contract at this time.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed
to enter into a contract between Seabrook, Lithgow and Kujath, Inc. and the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, dated the 25th day of July, 1975.
SECTION 2. A copy of the aforesaid contract is attached hereto and by
reference made a part hereof, and the terms and provisions contained therein are

hereby approved by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
