AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 27-12 "SANITARY LANDFILL -
USE CHARGE", OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
BY ADDING THERETO A NEW SUB -SECTION (g)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 27-12 "Sanitary landfill - use charge" of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained
by adding thereto a new sub -section (g) which shall read as follows:
"(g) The City Treasurer may issue a limited dumping permit which
appropriately identifies the days on which dumping is permitted,
which shall authorize the holder to use the city's landfill two (2)
days of each week, Monday through Friday, and the cost for such
permit shall be at one-half the rate established for permits issued
pursuant to sub -section (a) and (b) above."
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
it's adoption.
