ORDINANCE NO. 75-7-1145
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLA
COMMISSION RESPECTING THE AMENDMENT OF SUB -SECTION 40.171(e) OF THE
PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE -1971, AND AMENDING SAID ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF TILE CITY OF

PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning Commi:
on July 15, 1974, entitled "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF
PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF SUB -SECT
40.171(e) OF THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE -1971", be approved as the final
report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That Sub -section 40.171(e) of the Paducah Zoning Ordinar
be, and the same is hereby, amended and reordained so that said sub -section as a
and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
40.171(a) Fences in a residential zone shall, in all instances,
follow the following height limitations:
Rear Yard . . . . . . . .8 feet
Side Yard .. . . . . .. .6 feel
Front Yard . . . . . . . 4 feet"
SECTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinal
shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficient
or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other sec

paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance k
each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other
sections, paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION 4. This, ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
