HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance Book 18, Page 941, Ordinance Number 75-7-1144941 !/ ORDINANCE NO. 75-7-1144 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT, NOT TO EXCEED $2,500.00, WITH ACTON RILEY FOR THE REMOVAL OF DEAD TREES AND DEBRIS FROM OAK GROVE CEMETERY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Acton Riley, in an amount not to exceed $2,500.00, for the removal of dead trees and debris from Oak Grove Cemetery. SECTION 2. That Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 3674 shall be charged with this expense. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten days thereafter.
