A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING, ADOPTING, APPROVING, ACCEPTING
ND RATIFYING THE EXECUTION OF GRANT AGREEMENT FOR PROJECT NO.
-21-0043-06 BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND CITY OF PADUCAH
VD COUNTY OF McCRACKEN, KENTUCKY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
F PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That said City of Paducah, Kentucky, hereby authorizes,
[opts, approves, accepts and ratifies the execution of Grant Agreement between
e Federal Aviation Administration on behalf of the United States of America and
ity of Paducah and County of McCracken, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. That the execution of said Grant Agreement in quadruplicate
[ behalf of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, by Alice H. McNutt, Mayor, and the
tpression of the official seal of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and the attestation
said execution by Sarah Thurman, City Clerk, is hereby authorized, adopted,
proved, accepted and ratified.
SECTION 3. That the President of Paducah Airport Corporation is
!reby authorized to execute payment requests under this Grant Agreement on
;half of said City of Paducah and County of McCracken, Kentucky.
SECTION 4. That the Grant Agreement referred to hereinabove shall
attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution as though it were fully copied
rein.
SECTION 5. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after the date of it's adoption.
