ORDINANCE NO. 75-6-1137
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 40.023 "AMORTIZATION OF
NONCONFORMING JUNK YARDS" OF ARTICLE IV OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 40.023 "Amortization of nonconforming
junk yards" of ARTICLE 1V of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
which was adopted on May 15, 1973, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
