MARSHALL, TRUSTEE, FOR A PERMANENT RIGHT -OF -{PAY FOR THE LITTLEVILLE ACCESS ROAD BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City Manager and the City Treasurer be, and they are hereby, authorized to pay to Joe C. Marshall, Trustee, the sum of $5,000.00 for the purchase of a permanent right-of-way for the Littleville Access Road upon the hereinafter described land in Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky: PARCRT. 7 Beginning at the grantor's west property corner, said point being the southwest corner of Lot #40, Fritz E. Metzger Subdivision, said point also being the intersection of the north right of way line of a 58.34 foot street dedication (Fir or Cedar Street) of Quarles' Mayfield Road Addition with the east right of way line of a 16 foot alley dedication, also dedicated as a part of Fritz E. Metzger Subdivision Addition; thence north 5 degrees 02 minutes 45 seconds east along the east right of way line of the 16 foot alley dedication a distance of 11.10 feet to the point of intersection of the north right of way line of the proposed Littleville Access Road, said point being 40 feet at right angles from the centerline of said access road; thence with the said proposed north right of way line south 82 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds east a distance of 154.32 feet to a point in the west right of way line of a 60 foot street (Garfield Street) dedication of Fritz F. Metzger Subdivision, said point being 66.37 feet at right angles from said access road; thence south 5 degrees 02 minutes 45 seconds west along the existing west right of way line of the aforementioned Garfield Street 38.14 feet to a point at the intersection of the existing west right of way of Garfield Street and existing right of way line of Fir (Cedar) Street; thence north 72 degrees 13 minutes west along the existing north right of way line of Fir (Cedar) Street a distance of 158.02 feet to the point of beginning. The above described tract contains 3,795 square feet. Being a part of the same property conveyed to the party of the first part by Paul Metzger, and others, by deed dated May 28, 1971, and of record in Deed Book 529, page 461, in the McCracken County Court Clerk's Office. PARCEL 9 Beginning in the grantor's southwest property corner, said point being the southwest corner of Int #41, Fritz E. Metzger Subdivision, said point also being the intersection of the north right of way line of a 58.34 foot street dedication (Fir or Cedar Street) of Quarles' Mayfield Road Addition and the cast right of way line of a 60 foot street dedication (Garfield Street) of Fritz li. Metzger Subdivision; thence north 05 degrees 02 minutes 45 seconds cast along said cast right of way line of Garfield Street a distance of 48.41 feet to a point of intersection of the north right of way line of the proposed Littleville Access Road, said point also being 76.38 feet at right angles to the centerline of proposed Littleville Access Road; thence south 82 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds cast along said proposed right of way line of the Littleville Access Road a distance of 50.48 feet to a point 85 feet at right angles to the centerline of proposed Littleville Access Road; thence south 77 degrees 55 minutes 38 seconds cast along said proposed north right of way line a distance of 104.57 904 feet to a point 95.41 feet at right angles to the centerline of proposed Littleville Access Road and said point also being in the west right of way line of an alley dedication in Fritz E. Metzger Subdivision; thence south 05 degrees 02 minutes 45 seconds west along the west right of way line of said alley a distance of 67.91 feet to the point of intersection of the north right of way line of Fir (Cedar) Street, said point also being the southeast corner of Lot #41, Fritz E. Metzger Subdivision, said point also being 29.17 feet at 90 degree angles from the centerline of Littleville Access Road; thence north 72 degrees 13 minutes west along the north right of way line of Fir (Cedar) Street a distance of 158 feet to the point of beginning. The above described tract contains 9,152 square feet. Being a part of the same property conveyed to the party of the first part by Paul Metzger, and others by deed dated May 28, 1971, and of record in Deed Book 529, page 461, in the McCracken County Court Clerk's Office. PARCEL 10 Beginning at a point in the grantor's northwest property corner, said point being the northwest corner of Lot #1, Block 3, Quarles' Mayfield Road Addition, said point also being the intersection of the south ! right of way line of a 58.34 foot street dedication (Fir or Cedar) of Quarles' Mayfield Road Addition with the east right of way line of a 60 foot street dedication (Garfield Street) also a part of Quarles' Mayfield Road Addition; thence south 72 degrees 13 minutes east along the south right of way line of Fir (Cedar) Street a distance of 157.43 feet to a point, said point being the intersection of the south right of way line of Fir (Cedar) Street and the west right of way line of a 16 foot alley dedication, also dedicated as a part of Quarles' Mayfield Road Addition, said point also being the northeast corner of Lot #1, I Block 3, of said addition; thence south 3 degrees 03 minutes 35 seconds west along the west right of way line of said alley a distance of 62.89 feet to a point of the intersection of the south right of way line of the proposed Littleville Access Road, said point also being 90 feet at right angles from the centerline of proposed Littleville Access Road; thence north 66 degrees 25 minutes 58 seconds west along the proposed right of way line of the Littleville Access Road a distance of 99.22 feet to a point, said point being 80 feet at right angles to the centerline of proposed Littleville Access Road; thence north 62 degrees 21 minutes 56 seconds west along the proposed right of way line of Littleville Access Road a distance of 65.50 feet to a point, said point being the point of intersection of the south right of way line of proposed right of I way line of Littleville Access Road and the east right of way J line of Garfield Street, a 60 foot street, said point also being j 68.79 feet at right angles from the centerline of proposed Littleville Access Road; thence north 03 degrees 03 minutes 35 seconds east along the right of way line of Garfield Street a distance of 40.90 feet to the point of beginning. The above described tract contains 8,138 square feet. Being a part of the some property conveyed to the party of the first part by C. A. Goodwin, by deed dated allay 25, 1971, and of record in Deed Book 529, page 49, and by the City of Paducah, Kentucky by deed dated .June 15, 1971, and of record in Deed Rook 530, page 15, in the McCracken County Court Clerk's Office. SECTION 2. Upon receipt of a deed conveying said property to the City of Paducah and approved by the: Corporation Counsel, the payment of the purchase price set out in Section I hereof to Joe C.
