AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AN ALLEY FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF KENTUCKY
TO THE NORTH LINE OF WASHINGTON STREET, 150 FEET EAST OF SOUTH

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
i,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, does hereby authorize
ig of an alley in said city described as follows:
A 15 foot alley about 346.5 feet in length, extending from
the south line of Kentucky Avenue to the north line of
Washington Street, running parallel to South 17th Street
and situated about 150 feet east thereof.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City of Paducah, Kentucky
to is hereby, authorized and empowered to institute and prosecute, pursuant
1.360, an action in the McCracken Circuit Court for a judgment ordering the
f the alley described in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
adoption.
