THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ERECU'

CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CO111IIIISSIONERS OF THE
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of henry
Supply Company for the sale to the City of 3000 feet of 3" x 50' Deluge 600 B.]
fire hose and 2000 feet of 1-1/2" x 50' Deluge 600 B. F. Goodrish fire hose to
by the Fire Department, for the sum of $9,660.00, said sum being in substant
i
compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as was auth
resolution adopted by the Board of Commissioners on April 8, 1975, and as cc
in the bid of Henry A. Petter Supply Company dated April 23, 1975.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, aut:
execute a contract with Henry A. Petter Supply Company for the sale to the C
equipment authorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid
and all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for said items shall be chart
Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 2212.
SECTION 9. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordin
itherefore be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for one (1) is
completed term in which it shall he put upon it's final passage, and if adoptee
in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
