That Section 2-47(a) "Noneivil of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, so that said section as amended and reordained shall hereat "Sec. 2-47. Section 1 amends an ordinance originally adopted Alarch 16, 1957, and last amended by Ordinance No. 74-12-1066 adopted December 30, 1974. SECTION 3.
