A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A WAIVER OF
PLANNING FUNDS FOR THE REGIONAL CRIME COUNCIL TO BE ADMINISTERED BY
THE PURCHASE AREA DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS the most efficient use of the Safe Streets Act planning funds
is best achieved through the coordinated planning grant management of the Purchase

Area Development District; and
WHEREAS this city government supports the Purchase Area Development
District;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Alice H. McNutt, Alayor of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, is hereby authorized to sign a waiver of planning funds for the Regional
Crime Council to be administered by the Purchase Area Development District.
SECTION 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
