AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF

SECTION 1. That Section 3 of an ordinance containing the title quoted
