S DEPOSITARY FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT OF LOAN AND/OR GRANT FUNDS FOR THE CITY
F PADUCAH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM, AND AUTHORIZING
HE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SIGNATURE CARD FOR PAYMENT VOUCHERS ON LETTER OF
REDIT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
ADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Paducah Bank & Trust Company is hereby
.signaled as the depositary for the City of Paducah, Kentucky Community
3velopment Block Grant Program, and there is hereby established the City of Paducah
)mmunity Development Block Grant Program Account.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the Signature
ird For Payment Vouchers On Letter Of Credit.
SECTION 3. That any two of the following are hereby authorized and
proved as joint signatories for the aforesaid account: The Community Development
mountant, The City Treasurer, and/or the City Manager.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
