A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY TO CONTINUE TO PARTICIPATE IN ItENTUCKY LAW ENFORCEMENT
FOUNDATION PROGRAMS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.. The City of Paducah, Kentucky, does hereby declare its
intention to continue to participate in the Kentucky Law Enforcement Foundation
Programs under the terms and conditions as previously set forth in Ordinance
No. 73-3-775 adopted by the Board of Commissioners on March 13, 1973, and
Ordinance No. 73-7-858 as adopted by the Board of Commissioners on July 24, 1973,
and the Resolution adopted by the Board of Commissioners on July 23, 1974.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
