HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance Book 18, Page 864, Ordinance Number 75-4-110880.1 ORDINANCE NO. 75-4-1108 I AN ORDINANCE: AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH WHITE FARMS FOR THE USE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY DURING THE YEAR 1975 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract with White Farms permitting their use during the year 1975 of unutilized real property located within the City Landfill site. SECTION 2. Said contract shall contain terms which provide to the City the sum of one-third of all money received from the sale of any crops grown on the aforesaid site during the year 1975, and providing further that the City may use any of the subject land during the term of the contract, at no expense to it, even if said use results in the destruction of planted crops thereon. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in it's completed form in which it shall be put upon it's final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
