AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF WILSON CHEVROLET-
CADILLAC, INC. FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) 1972 FORD PICKUP TRUCK
TO BE USED BY THE PARKS DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAID PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Wilson
Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc. for sale to the City of one (1) 1972 Ford pickup truck,
Serial No. F10AL11187015, Model F101, to be used by the Parks Department, for the
net price of $1,900.00.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to execute a contract with Wilson Chevrolet- Cadillac, Inc. for the sale to the City of
the vehicle authorized in Section 1 above, according to the offer of Wilson
Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for said vehicle shall be charged to
Federal Revenue Sharing Fund Account No. 5114.
SECTION 4. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall
therefore be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for one week in the
completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall
be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
