ORDINANCE NO. 75-3-1100
V ORDINANCE CLOSING A PORTION OF YORK STREET, A PORTION OF
'.EET AND A 16 FOOT ALLEY ADJOINING REEDER STREET
c IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
:ENTUCKY:
iCT1ON 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, does hereby authorize
I the following portions of streets and an alley in said city described
All of that portion of York Street extending from the west line of
Reeder Street westwardly to the Last line of the Beltline Highway.
All of that portion of Reeder Street extending from the East line of
the Beltline Highway southwardly to the North line of a 16 foot alley,
situated 400 feet, more or less, South of said Beltline highway.
All that portion of a 16 foot alley extending from the west line of Lot 7
in what is known as Block 1 of Seven Hills Addition, and running
eastwardly along the South line of said Block 1 to a point about 224
feet East of Reeder Street, said point being in the East line of the
Dallas property as described in Deed Book 567, page 88 in the
McCracken County Court Clerk's office.
=ION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
hereby, authorized and empowered to institute and prosecute, pursuant to
an action in the McCracken Circuit Court for a judgment ordering the
streets and alley described in Section 1. hereof.
:CTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
