HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance Book 18, Page 839, Ordinance Number 75-3-1093839 f_ ORDINANCE NO. 75-3-1093 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF RUDD WOODALL MOTOR SALES FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH OF ONE (1) TRUCK MOUNTED VACUUM TYPE STREET SWEEPER TO BE USED BY THE STREET DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Rudd Woodall Motor Sales for sale to the city of one (1) truck mounted vacuum type street sweeper to be used by the Street Department, for the net amount of $22,286.00, said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as was authorized by resolution adopted by the Board of Commissioners on February 18, 1975, and as contained in the bid of Rudd Woodall Motor Sales dated March 5, 1975. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract with Rudd Woodall Motor Sales for sale to the City of the equipment authorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid. SECTION 3. The purchase price for said equipment shall be charged to Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 3414. SECTION' 4.
