ORDINANCE NO. 73-2-764
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF $100,000 FROM THE
CITY OF PADUCAH FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND ACCOUNT TO THE
POLICE AND FIREMEN'S RETIREMENT FUND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to immediately transfer from the City of Paducah, Federal
Revenue Sharing Trust Fund Account to the Police and Firemen's
Retirement Fund the sum of $100,000.00.
SECTION 2.m The funds herein authorized and directed to be
transferred under the aforesaid Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund
Account shall be pro rated and transferred from the following
accounts: Federal Revenu Sharing Trust Fund Account No. 2119
the sum of $40,000.00; Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund Account
No. 2219 the sum of $60,000.00.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
